Our signage solutions are designed for a wide spectrum of clients in Graz and the surrounding region. Technical Implementation and Workflow

Production takes place in our 65 m² workshop equipped with modern CO2 and fiber laser systems. While the CO2 laser is suitable for organic materials like wood and acrylic, the fiber laser allows for permanent marking of metals. We pay particular attention to material combinations: the combination of light wood with dark acrylic creates a tactile contrast that is highly sought after in modern interiors.

Each sign is individually cut to the desired size. Our maximum working area of 900 x 600 mm allows us to produce both small nameplates and larger room directories in a single piece, ensuring the symmetry and quality of the final product.

What You Should Prepare for the Order

To ensure a smooth process and maintain the delivery time of 5-7 days, we ideally require the following information from you:

• A list of the desired texts (names, designations, room numbers) with correct spelling.
• Your company logo in vector format (.svg, .ai, or .pdf). If this is not available, we offer paid vectorization services.
• The desired dimensions of the sign or an indication of the door/wall area size.
• Information on mounting: Should holes be drilled for stand-offs, or do you prefer adhesive foil on the back?

The Result: What You Receive From Us

Upon completion of the project, you receive physical products that meet high quality standards. Each sign undergoes a visual inspection before delivery. In addition to the finished objects, we provide the final vector layout for your archives upon request and after full payment.

Furthermore, you will receive brief instructions on the optimal care of the chosen materials, ensuring that the engraving and surface finish remain flawless for years. We ship the goods securely packaged or make them available for pickup at our location at Jakominiplatz.

Delivery Times and Scheduling

The average delivery time for office signs is 5-7 working days from the date of final layout approval. Please note that actual production time begins only after receipt of the 50% deposit. For urgent projects, we offer express production at a surcharge of 30%, provided our machine capacities allow it.

We recommend contacting us early, especially for larger projects (e.g., complete office refurbishments), to optimally plan material procurement and machine scheduling.

Scope of Service: What Is Not Included

To avoid misunderstandings, we point out that our service primarily covers the manufacture of the signs. The following points are not part of our standard offer:

• On-site installation of the signs in your premises.
• Creation of complex graphic logos (we implement existing logos but do not design complete corporate identities).
• Processing of materials that release hazardous gases during lasering (e.g., PVC).
• Copying of protected trademarks of third parties without the appropriate authorization of the rights holder.

Pricing and Value Added Tax

Cost calculation is transparently based on the amount of material, the engraving area, and the time required for preparation. All prices mentioned in our tables include the statutory VAT of 20%. For business customers (B2B), we state the net amount separately. Final billing occurs after delivery, with a payment term of 14 days for B2B customers.
